目前LED檢測的方法有分析儀和人工目測,儀器配置多、成本高、,對使用者的要求高,主要面對大型企業(yè)的研發(fā)部門;一些技術(shù)實力和資金有限的小型企業(yè)普遍采用人工目測的方法,其缺點顯而易見,對檢測人員的經(jīng)驗有所要求,工作量大,容易視覺疲勞,導(dǎo)致漏檢和誤判,終導(dǎo)致效率低下。
Feasa LED測試儀可以充分發(fā)揮在PCBA組裝制程控制中的作用,在組裝有LED的PCBA生產(chǎn)過程中,通過對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品PCBA的LED的顏色和亮度進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí),讀取一個相對值作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值,并設(shè)置標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值的上下限,然后批量讀取待測PCBA上的LED相對值與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值進(jìn)行比對,從而判斷良品和不良品,地測試測,結(jié)合I在線測試和功能測試,不用增加測試工位,了效率,快速、全自動化,避免人為漏判。

The Feasa LED yser is a measurement system that allows fast and automatic tting of both the color and intensity (Brightns) of Light Emitting Diod (LEDs). tting of both the color and intensity (Brightns) of Light Emitting Diod (LEDs). Each LED yzer can simultaneously measure up to 20 different light sourc for Color and Intensity. Light from the LEDs is colleed by Plastic Optical Fibers (POF) and carried to the LED yzer board for measurement and ysis. The unit has been digned for tting LED's and other lighting devic such as LCD Displays automatically.
該分析結(jié)果可以通過并行接口、RS232串行接口或U接口讀取,讀回所需信息的時間小于1.5秒,這使得它適合集成在自動測試設(shè)備(ATE)。對于過20個 通道的LED測量,可以串聯(lián)多個LED測試儀同時使用。
The rult of the ysis can be read out via the parallel interface, RS232 serial interface or U. The time needed to read back the information is ls than 1.5 seconds, which mak it very suitable to integrate in automatic tt equipment (ATE). For applications with more than 20 LEDs multiple LED ysers can be used together.

The LED yser can be used for both Funional tting and for In-Circuit tt applications. 注:
1、U接口可以直接為LED測試儀供電,不需要額外提供外部電源。波特率達(dá)460800。
Uoffers a very simple interface to the LED yser with requirement for an additional power supply. Very high baud rat, up to 460800 baud, are available.
2、RS232串口波特率達(dá)115200,需要額外提供外部電源。
TheRS232 Serial Portis easy to use with a max baud rate of 115200. It requir the use of an external power supply.
The 20pin I Port can be used in either Frequency Out or Synchrous Serial Mode.
3、Frequency Out應(yīng)用于RS232串口不能訪問的情況下,用三個頻率表示LED的顏色與亮度。
The Frequency Out protocol can be used where accs to an RS232 Serial Port is t available. Three frequenci are used to reprent the Color and Intensity of the LEDs.
4、Synchrous Serial應(yīng)用于當(dāng)使用者的資源受限或者沒有其它端口可供選擇的情況下。
The Synchrous Serial protocol is suitable when tter rourc are limited or other options are available.
5、Daisy Chain接口可以將多個LED測試儀使用菊花鏈連接器連接在一起,要一個RS232串行端口或U端口連接多達(dá)30個LED測試儀。
Multiple LED ysers can be conneed together using the Daisy Chain Conneors. Only one RS232 Serial Port or U Port is required to conne up to 30 LED ysers.
TT TIME測試時間:
測試速度取決于LED的亮度,亮度高的測試時間短,亮度低的測試時間長。根據(jù)LED的光強(亮度)同時測試20個LED的時間快達(dá)1.2ms。從光纖中讀取數(shù)據(jù),平均每根光纖大約5ms。見下面舉例:
The speed of the tt is dependent on the intensity of the LEDs being tted, i.e. Bright LEDs have a shorter Tt Time, Dimmer LEDs have a longer Tt Time. The capture (measurement) of up to 20 LEDs is done in parallel and can be achieved in tim as fast as 1.2ms depending on the Intensity (Brightns). The data is read back from each fiber sequentially and tak approximately 5ms per fiber, for example:
Ultra High Brigh LEDs:
1 LED ---捕捉時間2ms加上數(shù)據(jù)讀取時間5ms,總共7ms。
1 LED ---Capture Time is 2ms and Read Back is 5ms, Total 7ms
20LED's---捕捉時間2ms加上數(shù)據(jù)讀取時間100ms,總共102ms。

Dim LEDs:
1 LED ---捕捉時間650ms加上數(shù)據(jù)讀取時間5ms,總共655ms。

20LED's---捕捉時間650ms加上數(shù)據(jù)讀取時間100ms,總共750ms。

每根光纖讀取時間一般保持在5ms時間左右。
The Read Back Time per fiber is always approximately 5ms.
I捕捉時間與U/RS232串口相同。但是,數(shù)據(jù)讀取時間取決于于被測量的頻率。使用安捷倫i3070的讀取的時間大約是400ms至700ms。
For I the Capture Tim are the same as U/RS232 Serial Port. However, the Read Back Tim are dependent on the frequenci being measured. Using an Agilent i3070 the Read Back Tim are 400ms to 700ms approximately.
