雙懸臂三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)/Cello

全鋼材質(zhì)的大型雙水平臂測(cè)量機(jī)，溫度特性與被測(cè)工件吻合，測(cè)量結(jié)果可靠性強(qiáng)，廣泛用于汽車(chē)車(chē)身檢測(cè)和整車(chē)測(cè)量、焊裝卡具測(cè)量等工作。支持手動(dòng)劃線操作，全自動(dòng)機(jī)型更適宜高高效率的快速測(cè)量。技術(shù)的雙導(dǎo)軌結(jié)構(gòu)更好地保證了X軸的精密導(dǎo)向，Y軸采用異型中空硬質(zhì)鋼管，內(nèi)置技術(shù)的雙拉桿機(jī)構(gòu)，顯著降低橫臂的自然變形，使整機(jī)保持良好的幾何。Y/Z軸經(jīng)嚴(yán)格硬化鍍鉻處理，不僅具有極高的的強(qiáng)度和硬度，而且有很好的耐磨性。

Cello was especially designed and constructed for use in harsh conditions where fast and percise measuring is paramount. Here only low-friction percision linear guides of the highest quality are used for excellent accuracy and easy operation in Auto-industry, construction machine, die and mould area.

Cast iron plate which can be replaced by granit plate when higher accuracy is required. Magnitude scale or reflect scale are used in different environment. Motors and scales are sealed. This helps assure protection from dirt, damage, and thermal influences.

Both manual or CNC was available. Manually controlled Cello have integrated handwheels, as well as easy to use fixation controls for all axis. Highly dynamic, high quality servo-motors provide an exact and vibration-free positioning for CNC model.
