塑料滑動(dòng)摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)工作原理結(jié)構(gòu)特征
該機(jī)由主機(jī)、電控箱、計(jì)算機(jī)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)組成。主機(jī)(附圖a1)主要由鑄造機(jī)座及位于機(jī)座左部的力矩測(cè)量部分,中部的下試樣軸部分,右部的上試樣軸部分、偏心輪軸部分和試驗(yàn)力施加與測(cè)量部分組成。
該機(jī)采用雙速電動(dòng)機(jī)(2880/1440轉(zhuǎn)/分,1/0.75kW)驅(qū)動(dòng),電源為220V/50Hz,其接線及電氣原理參照?qǐng)Dc進(jìn)行。

上下試樣軸的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)
雙速電動(dòng)機(jī)(1)通過(guò)三角皮帶(2)齒輪(6)齒輪(7)齒輪(8)內(nèi)齒輪(9)帶動(dòng)下試樣軸(12),使其以200r/min(或400r/min)的轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng);通過(guò)三角皮帶(2)齒輪(6)齒輪(5)蝸桿軸(36)、滑動(dòng)齒輪(39)和齒輪(40)的傳遞,使上試樣軸(13)以180r/min(或360r/min)的轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。當(dāng)上下試樣軸都轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)且兩試樣直徑相等時(shí),由于上下試樣軸轉(zhuǎn)速不等,(除滾動(dòng)摩擦外),則在試樣間帶有10%的滑差率,使試樣間具有滑動(dòng)摩擦;改變?cè)嚇又睆?,即可或減小滑差率,如要滑動(dòng)速度,將滑動(dòng)齒輪(39)移至右端與反向齒輪(17)嚙合,使上試樣軸(13)反向旋轉(zhuǎn)即可。為了試驗(yàn)時(shí)固定螺母松動(dòng),下試樣軸(12)上的螺紋是左旋的,而上試樣軸(13)上的螺紋是右旋的。
上試樣軸的固定
當(dāng)做滑動(dòng)摩擦試驗(yàn)時(shí),為使上試樣軸固定不動(dòng),應(yīng)將滑動(dòng)齒輪(39)移至中間位置,并用螺釘(38)固牢,齒輪(40)須用銷子(41)固定在搖擺頭(37)上。
兩試樣間壓力(試驗(yàn)力)的調(diào)整
試驗(yàn)力是通過(guò)彈簧(15)的壓縮獲得的,其或減小,可用螺母(19)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,力值信號(hào)由傳感器(18)送入電控箱并在計(jì)算機(jī)顯示器上顯示。
摩擦力矩的測(cè)量
摩擦力矩等于下試樣半徑與摩擦力的乘積,此力矩通過(guò)內(nèi)齒輪(9)作用于齒輪(8)上,使擺架(4)及擺砣(3)產(chǎn)生偏轉(zhuǎn),由位移傳感器(44)送入電控箱并在計(jì)算機(jī)顯示器上顯示。
