自動(dòng)化聲刺激行為分析箱

The AudioBox is an innovative solution to enable acoustic conditioning in connection with a home cage. The conditioning apparatus inside a sound-attenuated box is linked to the home cage, for example an IntelliCage, outside.
自 動(dòng)化聲刺激行為分析箱是一個(gè)創(chuàng)新性的智能解決方案，它可以直接與生活籠相連并對(duì)單個(gè)動(dòng)物進(jìn)行無(wú)干擾的聲音條件刺激實(shí)驗(yàn)。自動(dòng)化聲刺激行為分析箱被放置于一 個(gè)隔音箱內(nèi)，然后再與外圍的生活籠連接。除此之外還可以連接其他外圍設(shè)備，例如一體化智能行為學(xué)分析系統(tǒng)-IntelliCage等。

Transponderized test and control animals are kept in a social group in the home cage. Access to the conditioning area is monitored by antennae inside the AudioBox and conditioning experiments can be performed on the isolated test animal. The conditioning setup uses similar technology as an IntelliCage corner, i.e. reinforcement by air puff, reward by liquids, or multicolor LEDs for choice discrimination.
