4．材料（Material）：

4.1玻璃管Gl tube（陶瓷管Cermic tube） 玻璃管或陶瓷管須陷、缺損、凹陷，明顯臟污。（The gl tube should be of no blemish, no damage and no pollution.） 4.2銅帽（Copper cap） 每個(gè)銅帽須焊接牢固，導(dǎo)電性良好，表面鍍層結(jié)合牢固，不易脫落，傷。浸入溫度為15-35℃的水中24小時(shí)，按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求施加軸向拉力5N，并持續(xù)1分鐘，不會(huì)出現(xiàn)松動(dòng)、松脫的情況。（Every copper cap must be welded tightly and have good electric conductivity. Also the outer coating can be very tight, and not easily fallen off. It can be immersed in water with temperature between 15-35℃for 24 hours. Every copper cap can stand axial pulling force 5N exercised by special equipment for minute.） 4.3焊錫（solder） 焊料應(yīng)具有良好的電接觸性能，并且在正常使用時(shí)不應(yīng)有熔化的跡象。(The welding materials should have good electric conductivity and not be melted at normal using.) 4.4引線(Lead tail) 引線采用鍍錫銅線，具有良好的可焊性能，導(dǎo)電性能?？珊感院?/span>GB2423.28-82 /IEC68-2-20之標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。引線的尺寸以及形狀可以根據(jù)客戶(hù)的不同要求制作。（Lead should be tinned and have the performance of welding and good contact with electricity.Jionting performance apply for GB2423.28-82/IEC68-2-20 standard） 5.電氣性能(Electricity function) 5.1測(cè)試具備的環(huán)境條件如下(The environment condition of the tt)：

5.2測(cè)試儀器具備的條件如下(The requirement of the tting equipment)：
C.并應(yīng)使用合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的測(cè)試制具來(lái)安裝保險(xiǎn)絲。（The tt fixtur must meet IEC60127 standard.） 5.3時(shí)間/電流測(cè)試(Time/electrical characteristics tt) 對(duì)保險(xiǎn)絲通以2.1倍的額定電流時(shí)，保險(xiǎn)絲應(yīng)該在120 s之內(nèi)動(dòng)作；通以2.75倍的額定電流時(shí)，保險(xiǎn)絲應(yīng)該在0.4 s~10 s之內(nèi)動(dòng)作;通以4倍的額定電流時(shí)，保險(xiǎn)絲應(yīng)該在150ms~3s之內(nèi)動(dòng)作；通以10倍的額定電流時(shí)，保險(xiǎn)絲應(yīng)該在20ms~150ms之內(nèi)動(dòng)作；并且已動(dòng)作的保險(xiǎn)絲不會(huì)出現(xiàn)再導(dǎo)通損壞的情況。 Fuse shall open in not more than 120s at 210%of rated current ;Fuse shall open in not ls than 0.4 s or morn than 10 s at 275% of rated current; Fuse shall not open in not ls than 150ms or morn than 3 s at 400% of rated current; Fuse shall open in not ls than 20ms or more than 150ms o at 1000% of rated current .The opened fuse shall be no tracking or re-tablishment of the circult.

5.4耐久性試驗(yàn)(Endurance tt) 對(duì)保險(xiǎn)絲通過(guò)1.0In電流1小時(shí)，然后斷電15分鐘，此為一個(gè)循環(huán)，如此經(jīng)過(guò)100次循環(huán)后，再對(duì)保險(xiǎn)絲通以1.5In持續(xù)1小時(shí)，此測(cè)試完成后，再量保險(xiǎn)絲兩端的電壓降，此數(shù)值不出10%的變化。并且相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)不能出規(guī)格表中的要求。同時(shí)在測(cè)試過(guò)程中不能出現(xiàn)保險(xiǎn)絲斷開(kāi)的情況。 Fuse shall carry 100% of rated current continuously for1 hour.Immediately after,The current is switched off for 15 minut. This cycle is repeated 100 tim. After 100 cycl, Fuse shallcarry 150% of rated currend continuously for1 hour.Immediately after,Fuse shall carry 100% of rated currendin order to measurethe fuse voltage drop. the voltage drop shall not be deviated from the value before endurance tt by more than 10% and the value can not exceed the standard list. 5.5分?jǐn)嗄芰y(cè)試（Breaking capacity tt） 分?jǐn)嗄芰?/span>35AOR 10In，選較大的值，相關(guān)線路應(yīng)合IEC60127之相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 Rated breaking capacity :35A or 10In ,whichever is greater,tted with a.c and circuit apply for IEC60127. 5.6鹽霧測(cè)試（Salt tt） 將保險(xiǎn)絲進(jìn)行4小時(shí)的鹽霧測(cè)試時(shí)，保險(xiǎn)絲不會(huì)出現(xiàn)明顯變色的現(xiàn)象。 The fus shall remain in the humidity chamber when tting cannot be completed in a 4 hrs period. 6.標(biāo)志(Marking): 6.1額定電流(rated current): 2A、3.15 A 6.2額定電壓(rated voltage): 250V 6.3標(biāo)志（approval marking）: UL VDE 6.4動(dòng)作特性（action characteristic : T 6.5商標(biāo)（trademark）: LB 6.6標(biāo)志（Rohs mark）: 6.7分?jǐn)嗄芰︻?lèi)型：L
